Digital downloads: Excel and Word templates, PDF previews and guidance. Nothing physical is posted. Files are delivered by a download link on screen and by email after payment.
Payments are processed by Payhip (with its payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not see or store your card details. Payhip's own terms also apply to the checkout.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Payhip sells as reseller and collects and pays any VAT due on your purchase. The price shown is the price you pay.
Each purchase gives one business (or one individual, if you buy as a sole trader) a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt the templates on its own projects. You may not resell, share, publish or give away the templates, in original or modified form, as templates. Documents you complete using the templates for your projects are yours to issue.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once the download starts if you have agreed to this. At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once the download begins.
If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not as described, email us with your order number. We will replace it or, if we cannot fix it, refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
