What you get

Each calculator comes as a blank Excel workbook, a filled EXAMPLE workbook and a PDF preview. Read Me in PDF and TXT. Defaults such as wastage %, mix ratios, densities, coverage rates and unit sizes are example defaults. They are inputs to be checked against the manufacturer's or supplier's data for the product used and changed where they differ. Rates in the Labour & Plant sheet are fictional examples, not market rates. Statutory figures (for example employer's National Insurance rate and threshold) are inputs for the user to enter at the current rate.

Who it's for

Builders, estimators and trade contractors.

Disclaimer: Check before use, not legal advice. Quantities are estimates for ordering, not a measured bill. No manufacturer data or measurement-standard text is reproduced.
