Working out concrete and screed volumes is a regular job when pricing or ordering. A calculator gives consistent figures with wastage included.
Who it is for
It is written for builders, estimators, quantity surveyors and self-builders who need quick, consistent quantities and rates for pricing and ordering, with the formulas left open so you can check every figure and set your own waste allowances.
How to use it
Enter each element's length, width, depth and number. The sheet gives the volume, volume including wastage and a rounded ready-mix order, plus cement in kg and bags, and sand and aggregate in tonnes for site-mixed concrete.
