Brick and block quantities depend on unit sizes, joints and wastage. An editable calculator works for the units you actually use.
Who it is for
It is written for builders, estimators, quantity surveyors and self-builders who need quick, consistent quantities and rates for pricing and ordering, with the formulas left open so you can check every figure and set your own waste allowances.
How to use it
Set up the unit library, then take off each wall with its openings. The sheet deducts openings and works out units including wastage, mortar volume, and cement and sand for the mortar.
