Subcontractors are paid against their applications, so a clear application on time is the first step to getting paid. It sets out the work done, variations and the sum the subcontractor considers due.
Who it is for
It is written for subcontractors and specialist trades who need to apply for payment on time, record changes as they happen and protect their payment rights under the Construction Act, whatever form of subcontract they have signed.
How to use it
Enter the subcontract value breakdown and progress, variations and dayworks. The sheet deducts retention and previous payments. The payment dates calculator uses the periods in your subcontract to show the due date, the latest dates for payment and pay less notices, and the final date for payment.
