The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 require that workers receive a suitable site induction. A checklist makes sure each topic is covered and a register records who has been inducted.
Who it is for
It is written for small builders, contractors and subcontractors who need practical health and safety paperwork for site. It is a starting point to adapt to your own work and risks, not a substitute for a competent person's assessment.
How to use it
Go through the induction checklist with each person and get it signed. Add them to the register with the date, employer and any card details. The example shows a completed form.
